Merckhofffully Yours  (MFY.SE) sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with social security or organization numbers. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent to your purchase from your guardian. In the case of card purchases where the customer is a minor, the authorizer is responsible for the card.

Ordering is done on our website MFY.SE. If you have questions about how to order, please email us at hello [at] Completed order means that you accept our purchase terms and consent to the registration of name and social security number or organization number in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you entered. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot take place for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package, if possible.

Prices are stated in SEK, including VAT. The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and character of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice. MFY.SE reserves itself for any errors in price and product information or in any other way on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, MFY.SE reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to price adjustments, sell-outs, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

In connection with your order and/or account registration or for instance registration as a member, you consent to us storing and using your data in our business to fulfill and provide the service you can expect from us. All personal data-processing takes place in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL) and the data protection regulation. The information you provide about yourself is used by MFY.SE and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal data or where the customer has payment complaints.

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos and images belong to MFY.SE or our suppliers and are protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.

MFY.SE normally handles your order within 24 hours (weekdays excluding holidays) from ordering until the item leaves our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. KLARNA: in order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal information in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose a payment method, and adapt them to you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's data protection information.

MFY.SE offers a favorable fixed shipping price of SEK 29 for purchases up to SEK 199 and FREE SHIPPING from SEK 200 and above (both within Sweden), as long as the package weighs under one (1) kg and does not exceed packaging dimensions according to PostNord's standards. Weight over one (1) kg and/or exceeding shipping dimensions generate higher shipping costs, which are determined based on the current case. When the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping company that delivers your order, in this case mainly PostNord. MFY.SE cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you may be longer than what may be indicated as normal for the shipping method. 

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA – the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. When returning, the item needs to be returned in unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full refund, that is, unused, labels still and in the packaging/bag/box it came in. Email us at hello[at] before any return, we need the following information: 1. Order number (found in your order confirmation, delivery note or invoice). 2. Your name and contact details. 3. Number and name of the products that are desired to be returned. MFY.SE must confirm that the return is approved and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the return begins. We recommend that the return is made with PostNord. The customer is responsible for return costs according to "Send Direct", trackable package, and the product is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. Returns may not be sent by cash on delivery or cash on delivery. Return address: M F Y, c/o Merckhoff, Österlånggatan 29, 111 31 Stockholm, Sweden. Write the order number of the purchase on the outside of the package.

Once we have received and checked the returned item and it meets the returned item criteria, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days. MFY.SE does not pay return costs. If you paid by invoice/KLARNA, they handle the refund. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount to your card.

We reserve the right to charge handling costs arising from unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 250 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as above.

If you have received a defective or incorrectly sent item, please email us immediately at hello[at] Describe the error in as much detail as possible and please attach two or three pictures. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow The General Complaints Board's recommendations.
